The Seattle office is seeking a midlevel associate for the Energy & Environmental Litigation group. The position will focus on (i) complex environmental litigation matters, including those involving CERCLA, MTCA, RCRA, and the Clean Water Act and (ii) energy regulatory litigationbefore the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission.

At least three (3) years of litigation experience is required, with environmental and/or energy experience strongly preferred. Strong academic credentials and communication skills (oral and written) are required and law review or journal experience strongly preferred. Former judicial clerks are encouraged to apply.

Compensation range: $260,000 to $365,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
