The Field Service Technician will provide customer service by performing repairs and maintenance services on RbA products as well as accurately measure and determine the size of the windows to order, after the customer has signed a contract with us to replace the windows or patio doors.

The technician will need to incorporate technology in scheduling service appointments with customers, ordering windows or needed service items, as well as using video conferencing to speed up one-on-one customer service and remote diagnosis.

Primary Responsibilities include:
-Service and repair previously installed RbA products
-Analyze each customers situation, determine corrective action and verify a successful outcome in a timely and cost effective manner.
-Keep other team members informed as needed about customer interactions and actions taken.
-Measure the exact size of each replacement window or door and communicate the information either electronically or in neat, written order.
-Work neatly and respectfully at all times.

Must Have Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid Drivers License
- Work experience with basic construction techniques. Good knowledge of basic construction and building materials. Knowledge of the terminology of the industry.
- Interpersonal communication skills, strong listening & empathy skills
- Ability to work with customers and handle any conflict tactfully and diplomatically.
- Ability to diagnose problems with the installed windows and doors and use problem solving skills in quick fashion.
